6sgame Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6sgame ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 6sgame.org and all associated gaming services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 6sgame website, completing the registration process, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Access to and use of the 6sgame Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 6sgame does not permit access by any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 6sgame or any of its affiliated game suppliers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 6sgame or by any other regulated gaming operator, at the time of registration or during any subsequent use of the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

6sgame reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

To access the full range of 6sgame services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account and to promptly update it should any details change.

• Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 6sgame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 6sgame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your account is strictly personal and may not be used by or on behalf of any other person, including family members.
• 6sgame reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Accounts registered with false or misleading information, or accounts found to have been used in violation of these Terms, will be suspended or permanently closed. Any balance held in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation and forfeited where fraud or abuse is confirmed.

6sgame operates a PKR-denominated player wallet. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and supported cryptocurrency networks. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit within your account dashboard.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your wallet balance.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering measure and is non-negotiable.
• CNIC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but will not be permitted to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and three business days.
• 6sgame does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the account holder.

6sgame offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Participation in any bonus or promotional offer is subject to the specific terms published alongside that offer and the following general conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, slots, and instant games each carry specific contribution percentages that are published per offer.
• Bonuses are intended for one use per household, IP address, payment method, device, and email address. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse.
• 6sgame reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses claimed during a promotional period but not yet completed at the time of the promotion's expiry remain subject to the original wagering requirements unless otherwise communicated.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the maximum bonus conversion cap specified in the offer terms will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal.

6sgame reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings from any player found to have exploited promotional offers in bad faith, including through the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

All sports bets placed on the 6sgame Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and should be consulted before placing a wager.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 6sgame system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets not yet confirmed are not binding on either party.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, 6sgame reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. Bets submitted during a period of live data delay may be accepted at the pre-delay odds and are binding at those odds once confirmed.
• Abandoned or postponed events are handled in accordance with the sport-specific rules applicable to that market. Generally, bets on matches postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, international T20I, ODI, and Test matches — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant cricket governing body.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are available within the Platform's sports betting terms section.

All casino games and slot titles available on the 6sgame Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and operate using independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time live feeds subject to the supplier's own regulatory compliance requirements.

• Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome or return for any individual player or session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or slot game session, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side result recorded at the time of disconnection. 6sgame is not responsible for outcomes resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Game malfunctions void all affected pays and plays for that round. Stakes for voided rounds will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6sgame Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt interference with a sporting event or game outcome.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, including but not limited to sharing hole-card information or coordinating bet placement strategies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, display bugs, or system vulnerabilities to generate illegitimate credits or outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Abusing customer support channels, including making false complaints or threatening support staff.

6sgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring account closure or asset freeze.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 6sgame support. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard verification checks.

6sgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its Platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no charge via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit ceilings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period across all game types.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts at defined intervals to notify you of how long you have been active in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. Your account cannot be reopened during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. A minimum self-exclusion period of six months applies. Requests for self-exclusion are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the 6sgame Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of 6sgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 6sgame.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6sgame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, even if 6sgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The 6sgame Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific game products.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 6sgame is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

6sgame collects personal data including but not limited to name, date of birth, CNIC number, contact details, payment information, and gameplay activity for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6sgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 6sgame Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6sgame holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 6sgame, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved informally and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to the dispute resolution process specified under 6sgame's gaming licence conditions before pursuing any other legal remedy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
